Gorgeous, Springy Multi-Colored Lined Flared Skirt

This Gorgeous, Springy Multi-Colored Lined Flared Skirt is a must have for the warm weather months! Seam length measures 31" long and is a size large. Fabric is 100% polyester, made in U.S.A. and can be cold water hand-washed. Background color is cream, the flowers are yellow and orange with the leaves being a turquoise blue color. I always felt very feminine and comfortable in this skirt. There's a little bit of a flare at the bottom (as shown in the pictures), adding to its allure and the waistband has elastic for flexibility. Skirt is lined, as shown in the pictures.
