It’s hard to capture how pretty this dress is in a photo. It’s a floor length one shoulder gown in an electric blue color. Made of polyester spandex, the dress is fitted and gathered. It has a scarf that drapes over the shoulder strap as well. There is some damage from use which the lower price reflects; there are a few pulls in the fabric, the bottom has some pilling underneath and some loose threads on the hem as well as a small stain from hitting the floor. These are all small imperfections that do not take away from the beauty of the dress.
