Gorgeous VTG pastel blue and cream plaid skirt

Gorgeous embroidered florals. This skirt is so interesting, it’s the iconic plaid school girl style skirt but with intricate romantic cottagecore accents. The style itself reminds me of the 60s but it appears to be made maybe around the late 80s or early 90s? It is high waisted and it flares at the bottom. There’s also this beautiful blue ribbon. It looks so pretty. The front is high wasted and the elastic back rests lower than the front. It’s really high waisted so it would work great with crop tops.
