Gorgeous Vera Neumann printed button up blouse. This fits perfectly into that “grandma’s wallpaper” trend. No fabric tag unfortunately. Feels like it may be a cotton/ poly blend. Tagged a size 10, see photos for measurements. Flaws include a scratch on button and fabric imperfections under collar ( see photos.)
