This is a gorgeous Blouse by Victor Costa in a Size 8. This Blouse has a zippered front with very unique Sleeves, as shown in the last picture. The material this Blouse is made of is so luxurious and made up of 92% Silk and 8% Spandex. Measurements are as follows: 19 1/2" Armpit to Armpit (stretched) and 23" long.
