Gorgeous Vintage 14K Gold Cultured Pearl Ring

This is such a gorgeous vintage ring and pictures just don't do it justice! With a halo basket setting and crafted in 14k yellow gold, it features a beautiful champagne colored cultured pearl surrounded by sparkly brilliant cut white stones. I have confirmed these are not diamonds but they have not been tested for identification. Some possibilities could be white sapphire, white topaz, or cubic zirconia.
