Gorgeous Vintage 70s Puff Sleeve Dress

Where do I start about this gorgeous dress! First off, it's in almost mint vintage condition. The sleeves are elbow length and the perfect puff sleeve... plus there is flat pleating along the bust and a tie at the waist for a super flattering fit. I have also worn this with the tie bowed at the front for a more tunic/mumu type fit. The base is a rich, deep navy with a floral print of purple pink and more. This will fit a modern size M to smaller busted XL woman.
