Gorgeous Vintage Liancarlo Dress

Tag says silk. I believe the top is. Another tag says acetate/rayon blend and acetate/viscose blend. Top has clear sequins attached. Long sleeves. Skirt is textured. Hem will need restitched. Zipper on the back from the waist down the rear. Gathered sash waist. Satin loop buttons down the back. Some damage on the red waist sash, the buttons as well as some places in the skirt. I believe all of them can be repaired. Bow and tassel accent on left hip. Shoulder pads. Measurements in comments.
