Gorgeous Vintage Skirt w/ POCKETS

Waist measures 13.5in. 26” waist with a little wiggle room. I wore this when I was a 25” waist so it has some range depending on personal hip size. This is gorgeous and unique. A little apprehensive to sell but want it to go to a great vintage loving human. No low ball offers 😉 Only one small stain that is not noticeable on. Union tag attached.
