Gorgeous Vintage Style Rose Pattern Dress 🌹

The tag says large but I feel it fits like a small so that is how I marked it. The length is 37”, waist is 13” across and bust is 16” across. Material feels like a stretchy cotton. EUC It was washed once and never worn. Tie can be done in the back or front. 😘💕 C3
