saydb23 @frangery hi there, thank you for your patience, I was out of the house yesterday! it is a wrap shirt with ties so the waist measurement is adjustable, at its tightest it would be 12.5in and could go up to 18in while still maintaining the style. it is vintage with no fabric descriptions, but feels to be a polyester blend, and does have the feel of a fancier blouse.
