Gorgeous WHBM floral pencil skirt size 0

WHBM is known for its well made clothing and this pretty skirt is no exception. Perfect for a shower, dinner out, even a summer wedding? White background with flowers of pink, scarlet, black and tan. Invisible rear zipper, rear slit. Fully lined. Waist measures 14” side to side. Length is 22” and comes to my knee-I’m 5’5”. Fabric is cotton with a bit of stretch. Worn twice.
