Such a statement piece with the ruffled lace on the arms and high neck. The pants on the bottom are fitted and is more of an ankle length capri style. There is stretch to the fabric and also at the seam at waistline. No label. Great pre-worn condition, there is slight wear on left hip but honestly it’s minor and not very noticeable to me.
