Gorgeous blue ModCloth top!

This top has cute detail work on the bottom edge and a lace like front. It is a nice deep navy. Super cute worn alone or layered with a cardigan. Size 2X *I had gastric bypass surgery and lost weight quickly. Most of my clothes listed were worn very briefly if they even got worn at all, so they are in great condition.
