Gorgeous bubble pleat blue shimmer cocktail dress

JS collection dress size 4 with two spaghetti double straps. Exquisitely made with a lining and lovely fabric that shimmer with every movement! I wore it with a gold metallic belt. There are small thread belt loops if you want or you can cut them off. There's a little discoloration on the back where my gold belt was, but it won't be visible with a belt. Size 4 fits xs or small.
