Gorgeous cream and black dress. Slip included!

Boutique 123 Dress. Bought this at a really cute boutique in Los Angeles. It comes with the slip which is gorgeous. V neck, faux shoulder ties and high waist shirting. There's a couple of threads loose on the shirring but doesn't affect how it looks. There's no size tag but definitely a small!
