jc102 @kel53 thank you! do you have a ruler or just a piece of normal computer paper that you could lay flat to gauge it? it's hard to tell just based on 2 or 4 since it is a bit variable

kel53 @jc102 I understand what you mean by sizes being variable. Forever 21 s-m sounds about right for this dress or it may be a bit tight... its not a bigger 2, if thats what you are worried about. Ill try look for a ruler, not sure if I have though. I typically wear a small or a 4 and its a bit tight but still wearable. Figured it would be better loved by sb who usually wears a 2 :)
