cecilywatson @hlnk I’m measuring 27” along the band, which lies just above my waist (slight “empire” style. The bodice is open backed with some stretch, so it’s kind of difficult to measure. But, with the stretch and open back, it should be able to accommodate many different bust sizes. I’m a 36B and it fits me comfortably with removable push up bra pads. If somebody with a larger bust would want to wear it, they could easily take the pads out. A smaller bust line just wouldn’t stretch out the back as much.
