Gorgeous emerald embroidered tule prom dress

I ordered this dress on Promlily and wore it only for prom. Absolutely loved it! It is a halter top and ties around the neck. We did cut and hem the bottom because it was too long when I got it. It is custom made so I did my best to take some of the measurements below: Height: 55" Top of hip: 31" Bust: 31" I am 5'5" and weigh 110. The dress has embroidered flowers and laces up back.
