This skirt was hand made for me a few years ago for a special occasion. Worn once for a few hours and never sat on. Purple rooster feathers are very shiny and can be black to green in iridescence. Size M? Waist is 32” with zipper and hook back closure. 18” long. Fully lined, not itchy, does not shed. I took several pics to show colors in different lighting.
