Gorgeous handmade vintage dress

I need someone to buy this because I adore it so much but it doesn’t fit me right 😫 I got this at an estate sale from a woman with a lot of sewing supplies, so I am almost certain she made it herself. Really quality sewing! True wrap dress with an attached belt. Where it doesn’t work for me is in the bust - I’m a 38B, and it really needs to be someone with a larger cup size. There’s too much extra space in there for me! I have a 31-32” waist, and it works, although it might be better for someone with a slightly smaller waist. Someone please wear this beautiful handmade vintage dress the way it should be worn! It doesn’t have fiber content, but it feels like 100% cotton. Very little stretch.
