Gorgeous hat brooch signed

This pretty little ceramic piece was hand made in Ireland. It is white with a pale green mixed in surrounding the top, on the side it has a blue flower with a green leaf. It measures approximately 1 1/4 inches across. It’s stamped on the back by Bandon.
