Gorgeous high low top!

Beautiful navy, silky fabric! This top is gorgeous in person! Bishop/balloon style sleeves with a tie at the neckline. Top is longer in back. Fabric is 100% Polyester. Body of top is roomy, but sleeves are true to size at near the shoulder/top of arm.
