Gorgeous ivory dress with cut outs on waist Small

NWOT Bought at boutique so had no tag when purchased but is brand new. Amazingly gorgeous ivory dress with lacy crocheted cut outs around waist. Plunging neckline but not so low you might have a slip. I would say the color is more ivory then cream.
