alexiso678 @atdarla hi, SO sorry for the wait! The skirt lays flat with a waist size of 30 inches. The fabric is not listed but it’s layered with a floaty-material that moves beautifully. The bottom layer of lining is polyester, because the layers are quite sheer :)
