Gorgeous mermaid style Jovani pageant gown

This dress is gorgeous! It is black velvet with Swarovski crystals and black sequins hand sewn in the divide between the velvet and layers of satin and organza. Tulle skirt is hidden underneath. The bust has boning, a built in bra and removable halter straps as well. The back dips down to mid back. Listed as a size 6 but was altered to a 2/4. Measures 15.5” at bust, 17.5” at hips and 56” from top to bottom. Was worn in Miss North Carolina where it placed in the top 5. Was originally 1,200.
