stephaniet1122 @couturerescue "Poly blend" might seems a little vague - to me, it is perfect material for this gown. It is drapey at the bottom and form fitting from the hips up without being too snug. If you google it, you'll find lots of positive reviews. stephaniet1122 @kaughtie that’s not so easy to answer because it is so stretchy. I have a 26” waist and 36” hips and bust and it fit me perfectly. I tried to measure the dress itself and believe the waist measurement was 24” - but again, depends on how you measure it. It didn’t feel too tight when I wore it, but it definitely clings to your shape. I’m 5’7”. The dress is 62” in length.
