Dress is navy blue and the fabric is a crinkle rayon. There is NO stretch. Embroidery colors include fuchsia, wine, white, silvery, blue, and tan. Approximate flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit= 16.5", high empire waist at drawstring= 14.25", hips=17.5". and approximate length = 48 in. shoulder to hem.
