Gorgeous navy dress with open and fluffy shoulders

It says 3 XL but I am not a 3 XL and my chest couldn't fit comfortably. Gorgeous dress and it fit every where else except the chest region. Boutique sizes are usually off a little some with sizes so don't let that get ya down. ❤
