Gorgeous navy floral romper

Never worn. Brand new, romper. Size large but fabric is NOT stretchy. Beautiful deep navy blue with cream, peach and green floral pattern. Ruffled bottom. 2 inch inseam. Tie around the waist you can make into a cute bow. Flattering wrap style neckline. Bought brand new from my favorite fancy local boutique, but sadly, I got fat before I got a chance to wear it.
