Gorgeous open-knit peacock top

I’m not sure what you call this type of top. There is some stitching so your arms go through wide holes. Would be paired nicely with a cami. Good condition, clean and smoke free. It is a unique brand and I am not sure how to determine size, but I think it’s a small to medium.
