I’m so bummed does not fit me. It’s marked a two XL but it’s more of large two extra large. The under arm two under arm is approximately 21 1/2 inches and the waist underneath the chest is 19 inches across the front. The link is 46 inchesand the shoulder to shoulder is about 17 1/2 inches. The sleeve length is 22 inches and has elastic around the wrists. I bought it because it kind of looks like a spell dress without the price.
