Gorgeous retro looking maxi dress

Black and white with a colorful design, this dress is perfect for summer dress up. A low v-neck and elastic waist with a sash to cover. Nice full skirt for the flowy look. The material is viscose but feels like a sheer chiffon. Says one size plus, but I'd say maybe up to XL. In very good condition. It measures pit to pit 19, waist 26 stretched, length 56.
