Gorgeous romper. Willy Jay's. Size S. Neon orange top and Ivory shorts.

This is an absolutely gorgeous romper that is more 'dressy' than casual. the detailing on the shorts is beautiful and it's a nice flowy fabric on top. The shorts are ivory colored, the top is neon orange. It is a very bright, although lighter orange... not a dark orange .
