Gorgeous royal blue homecoming dress!

As the title says, this is a gorgeous royal blue homecoming dress. The dress has cut outs at the side of the waists and it's zip able. The jewels that surround the cut off sides are still attached but are kinda loose but it's not noticeable from afar and some what close. So the condition is pretty good! I LOVE this dress but i have no use for it anymore. I've only worn out once to my homecoming 2 years ago. This dress is a size 3 and the straps are spaghetti straps.
