Gorgeous saphire or royal blue formal dress suit

So striking and beautiful -- many ways to wear this NWT deep royal blue 2-piece ensemble with spaghetti strap dress and long jacket. Looks to be vintage, early 90s. It is tagged an 11/12. Definitely size L or even an XL - my mannequin is size M. I envision the jacket over black leggings, dress with a different jacket, etc... great mix-and-match closet builder for the woman with flair.
