Gorgeous scalloped bottom circle skirt

Beautiful one of a kind black circle skirt. NWT, never worn.. Is great piece for belly dancing or just for fun. The panel alternate with panels of velvet, burnt out design and black panel no design, the bottom hem is scalloped. It’s one size, however the waist measurements non stretched is 26” and stretched is 46”, length is 34”.
