Gorgeous silk blend see by Chloe skirt

2000s era See By Chloe floral skirt with pockets! Marked a US 4 but I’m listing as a 10 because the elastic has expanded over time. The elastic is still stretchy and not dead at all, but it’s a different waist measurement than it once was. Listing for a bargain with that in mind! 20 inches from top to hem. Could be worn at natural waist or down at hips for more of a midi look.
