@kmkim fitted to the floor or a line? I'm a little confused but I'll answer as best as I can. The dress is not tight/fitted it's snug around hips depending on body type but loose fitting towards the bottom, kind of flare out. The dress is long and touches the floor for me and I'm about 5'5.
