Gorgeous silky flowy top

This gorgeous top is made of a very light flowy fabric. Very chiffon like. It has three-quarter sleeves with a darling ruffle around the bottom of the sleeve and a cute tie around the bottom of the sleeve. It also has small mother of pearl buttons on the front placket.
