Gorgeous sky blue Cache embellished beaded top gown, lace up corset back

Such a beautiful dress, has some standing and a pull on the bottom, so was planning to hem/shorten into a party or homecoming dress or add detailing on the bottom to cover. Not too noticeable but want to do this dress justice! Smoothing drapey material and adjustable with lace up tie back with beaded detailing on bottom of straps. Had custom straps added, but can keep strapless. Beading floral details with crystals are stunning
