Gorgeous soft burgundy velvety top

The holidays are coming!! Gorgeous LOFT top...worn once on Christmas. Soft with a little bit of stretch. Ties on the bottom with a rayon material draw string. So comfy and flattering. Size Medium, but I was a size 12 when I wore this, so I would say it runs a little big depending on how you like things to fit.
