Gorgeous sparkly black and white HOCO dress

Worn twice! I wore this for my freshman homecoming but I’ve lost weight since then. This is a size 16 I am now a 12. The picture was taken when I first posted this (today) so it looks loose but if you are a 16 it will fit you nicely. High neck, sparkly on the top, structured ruffles on the bottom.
