New with tag. Luxury brand from Europe. Navy with white soutache embroidery. Size large. Shoulder to shoulder measurement is 16”. Armpit to armpit measurement is 22”. Sleeve length is 18” and overall length is 33”. Could be worn as a dress, beach cover-up or tunic. Cost new was $155. Ramie and cotton mix is even machine washable!! It even has pockets on the side seams!!
