Gorgeous tweed dress with fringes around neckline & hemline. So chic!

This carefully worn dress was literally worn a couple of times as I bought it kind of snug but since I love it so much I purchased it. It’s got leather trim around the neckline & around the pseudo pockets. So I have to let it go as no longer fits. My loss is your gain as it’s priced to sell
