Gorgeous, velvet unique jacket with silk appliqué, size 8

Very well-made boutique purchased unique velvet with cell Georgette raffle lined impeccable condition and home without pets clothing was a part of my wardrobe. Worn very few times absolutely love it but it doesn’t fit anymore.
