They don’t make garments like these anymore. Even the lining is nicely sewn into the hem. Thick silk material. Waist is actually 12” across so 24”. It’s a classic piece you can keep for years to come if you maintain it well and have it cleaned professionally. Hate to let this one go but I can’t fit it! 😩😫😖
