Gorgeous vintage TAXCO 925 sterling silver onyx & abalone shell inlay flower swirl earrings Love the amazing colorful look of these vintage 1960s 925 sterling silver TAXCO earrings. They feature a vibrant display of fanned out swirls of alternating onyx and abalone shell inlay. Solid 925 sterling silver. Abalone shell is iridescent and flashy. A hairline crack in one of the earring's onyx and some chipping in the abalone shell inlay...nothing noticable. Stamped "STERLING TAXCO" on the back of one. Screwback style. Screwback part is stamped "ALPACA." Earrings are sterling, screwback post is alpaca silver. Lots of fascinating patina.
