Gorgeous vintage black velvet sequined corset vest. One of a kind. Dramatic cool

Amazing vintage piece. I’m crazy to be letting it go. Black velvet vest with rings to lace up with a ribbon, or wear open. The bottom is a scalloped edge with cute little tabs. The sequins and beading are amazing. Like wearing a party on your back. The shoulders need to be stitched as I was having it taken up.
