Top is lined on interior, pants are not. This item is silk and it can get a bit clingy so might need some static gaurd before wearing. Worn and loved but ready to move on. In great used condition with a lot of life left. Australian size 12, USA size 8. For reference I am 5'4" and wear a size 8/10 and this fits pretty much perfectly. If you are much taller or have a longer torso this might not be a good fit for you.
